3. Register your account

Your business account will be activated as soon as possible.

Order

1. Select the product and enter the desired quantity
2. Add to basket
3. When you have finished shopping, click on the basket to view all the products you have chosen
4. Modify the contents of your basket if necessary
5. Validate the basket
6. Fill in the delivery information, contact details and delivery methodValidate the orderValidate the order
   1. Click & Collect: you can go to the shop to collect the order

   3. Collection by your carrier
7. Validate the order

Following the order, we will contact you to finalize the transport costs if necessary and proceed with payment.

No order will be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer.

Following payment, the invoice will be made available in your "My Orders" area and also sent by email.

Delivery

The order is shipped within 48 hours after payment.

After-Sales Service

Optical frames from 6 euros for adults and from 4 euros for children are eligible for after-sales service up to 1 year after your purchase.

The after-sales service is provided on condition that the frame is returned to us beforehand and is valid only for Metropolitan France.
